Hey there! — I'm Otito. Author, Speaker & Multicultural Strategist.
I'm a writer, organizational psychologist, and a leader in learning and development. (I'm also a pharmacist and mom, one by training, the other by hard won lived experience)
I've been writing and publishing for a while now in areas close to my heart. I write and have written on culture, on family and workplace belonging, including a smorgasbord of stories predating and within my two-decade old immigrant experience and more.
The best way to keep up with my work between books is to subscribe to my newsletter, The Belonging Paradox (There are free and paid options).
By subscribing to the newsletter, you are also helping support my work in publishing and disseminating this culturally relevant work.
On this site you can also find my bio, ways to contact me, links to my other essays, and much more.
I encourage you to join me on Linkedin, Facebook, or Instagram. Even with content moderation and link suppression, finding me and following my work will ensure that my work and ideas behind my new book are widely shared.
As I like to say, "belonging is both personal and collective".
We need each other more than ever before!
PS: My latest project: The Belonging Paradox Book is done and out in the world
I am so thrilled that I get to be able to share this work in the world.
